    As a management/office assistant, you will play an active role in administrative and organizational tasks, such as: calendar management, data management plans, website, communication, organizing and taking minutes at meetings, organizing team-building activities, assisting with procedures for foreign staff coming to work with the chair group, welcoming new employees, assisting the chairholder, and handling orders.

    You are independent, proactive, organizationally sensitive, and accurate. You communicate clearly and pleasantly (both orally and in writing) in Dutch and English. We are looking for a colleague who can easily switch between programs, maintains an overview, structures tasks, and is not afraid to take initiative. Additionally, you will contribute to internal communication and help optimize our internal processes. If you enjoy communicating with people and creating order, there is ample room for your input.

    You will have close contact with colleagues responsible for financial support and the management of SLM.

    In our international working environment, communication is increasingly done in English. For this position, a language level of B1 in English and B2 in Dutch is required. If you do not have this level yet, we will assist you, and you can use our language center, Wageningen in'to Language.

This is a position for 28 or 32 hours per week for the long term. Initially, we offer a one-year contract, which can be extended based on (business-economic) organizational circumstances and good performance.
