1. Kennismaking en bespreken van de opdracht en vereisten

   In een persoonlijke kennismaking bespreekt één van onze senior accountmanagers de opdracht en de belangrijkste vereisten.

2. Opzetten search en persoonlijke interviews kandidaten

   Wij staan voor actieve recruitment. Wij benaderen de best passende freelancers voor jouw vraag en houden rekening met tarieven en beschikbaarheid. Daarnaast maken wij ook gebruik van onze database job postings, ons netwerk, events en beurzen om zo de beste kandidaten te kunnen selecteren.

3. Introductie kandidaten

   Voorafgaand aan de introductie houden wij altijd persoonlijke interviews en zorgen wij voor een referentiecheck. Wij stellen 2 of 3 passende CV's voor, die door ons allen zijn gekwalificeerd als het gaat om de technische skills. Tijdens de interviews hoef je als klant alleen te bepalen met wie je de beste klik hebt.

4. De afrondende fase
