• Working place: management office in Amsterdam The Style Outlet.
• Working hours : starting hours between 8 and 9:30
• Full time work (40h per week) directly in the office.

Responsibilities

• Administrating and analyzing all KPIs of the center for reporting purpose.
• Execution on operational tasks and Visual Merchandising on Centre level.
• Specific analysis to support meetings with tenants, commercial operation debriefing etc.
• Intensive support of stores in the center with the goal of maximizing sales of tenants and the compliance of center regulations
• Regular formal and informal communication with the store managers and the head offices of tenants regarding all retail activities.
• The identification of areas of improvement for both center and stores and action plan coordination internally and/or externally.
• Close cooperation with the center marketing, e. g. regarding the development and execution of marketing calendar actions and coordination of incentives.

Mandatory language skills:

• Dutch & English - very good written and  spoken.
