Industrial Sprayer

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sprayer to join our team in preparing and spraying large constructions according to the highest quality standards. In a dynamic working environment with a two-shift system, you ensure perfectly finished large constructions and a clean workplace, with plenty of room for personal initiative and development.

About this position

As an Industrial Sprayer, you will be part of our enthusiastic team that is responsible for preserving large structures. You will play a key role in the entire process, from thoroughly preparing and spraying large structures to checking the final finish. Your expertise ensures that each large structure meets the highest quality standards and leaves the workshop in perfect condition. The work includes various tasks such as pre-treating surfaces, spraying gloss lacquers and coatings, and carrying out repair work. In addition, you will ensure a clean working environment and maintain the materials used.

In this position, you will work in a two-shift system, with varying working hours from 06:00 to 14:45 and from 14:45 to 23:30. We offer a dynamic working environment where no day is the same. We are looking for a driven and motivated Industrial Sprayer with an affinity for our end product. You have experience with paint spraying equipment, including 2-component and electrostatic spraying, and are familiar with safety, health, environment and quality regulations. Independence, flexibility and an eye for detail are essential in this role. You work in an organization with an informal atmosphere where your input is valued and you can contribute to the production of large, high-quality constructions for the European market.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing and spraying large structures, ensuring a precise finish with gloss lacquers and coatings to meet the highest quality standards.
• Carrying out repair work on large structures and maintaining the working environment and materials used so that they remain clean and in good condition.
• Checking the final result to ensure that each major construction leaves the workshop in perfect condition and meets all quality standards.
• Working in accordance with safety, health, safety, environmental and quality regulations, with an eye for detail and the ability to operate independently in a two-shift system.

What do we offer you as an industrial sprayer?

As an industrial sprayer we offer you:

• An attractive monthly salary between €2.998,60 and €3.470,06 gross per month, including 16% shift allowance, depending on your work experience and knowledge;
• Every 4 weeks a surcharge of €182 for spraying/blasting;
• For each day worked you will receive €9,10 in fabric allowance;

What do we expect from you as an industrial sprayer?

We expect you to:

• Experience in working with paint spraying equipment;
• Familiarity with 2-component paint and electrostatic spraying;
•  Experience with constructions, chassis or automotive is a plus;
• Knowledge of safety, health, safety, environmental and quality guidelines;
• You work independently, are flexible, driven and motivated.
