(hybrid, 3 days/week from in Heerenveen office)

one-year contract, after that permanent Education Level Experience Secondary vocational education or MBO level 4 (NL) At least a few years of experience in support

Your key responsibilities as ICT Support Engineer:

• Provide 1 st line IT support for internal users and manage application-level issues.

• Handle IMAC/R tasks such as installation, moves, adds, changes, and removals.

• Ensure the quality of IT solutions and documentation via standard operating procedures and knowledge bases.

• Follow up on open service tickets with external partners and collaborate with the ICT Application Specialist.

• Assist in incident and problem management, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Support asset management, maintaining accurate records of STAXS ® IT assets.

• Participate in ongoing IT projects, contributing to training and onboarding new users.

This is you:

• A problem solver with a proactive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.

• Experienced in providing IT support, with strong knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office 365.

• Familiar with ITIL practices and ITSM tools.

• Interested in supporting integrated systems like ERP, CRM, and mobile sales devices.

• Able to work independently, with excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
