    Due to growth, we are looking to strengthen our field service team in the short term with a Sales Engineer Drive Technology

    Sales Engineer - Drive Technology

    ou will be responsible for selling products such as special electric motors, couplings, geared motors, gearboxes, control systems, and services to our existing and new customers. It is also your responsibility to strengthen our market position in the Netherlands and Belgium through acquisition. You will handle all marketing and sales activities, actively approaching the market by providing tailored technical sales advice. You will work closely with a professional team in field and internal sales, engineering, and service. For processing customer visits, project development, and follow-ups, you will use our ERP system. Your commercial and technical skills will ensure that you achieve revenue and profit targets.

    • You are confident, commercially minded, and have strong communication skills
    • You easily build and maintain relationships
    • You can set priorities in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail
    • You combine product quality with the customer's (production) process
    • You take initiative and responsibility in managing the sales process
    • You are a flexible, customer-oriented team player who can also work independently

    You will be working in a team with 4 direct colleagues. In total you will have 20 enthusiastic colleagues.

    What we ask

    • HBO-level education and thinking in Mechanical Engineering or Structural Engineering.
    • Interest in and willingness to gain experience in a technical-commercial role
    • Affinity with high-pressure (process and cleaning) technology, centrifugal pumps, dredging, and sand pumps is a plus
    • Good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus
