a Superintendent for ITS Road Construction Department

About the job

APK Group is looking for a Superintendent for its Road Construction department in Susteren (NL). As a superintendent, you will manage the execution of construction projects or parts thereof. You are the point of contact for clients regarding all aspects of the work. You organise work, manage personnel and monitor time planning, quality, budget and safety with the aim of completing the project within the set deadlines and budgets.

Some of your duties include:

. Supervise the execution and organisation of the work

. Ensuring timely supply and disposal of all necessary materials

. Signalling additional and/or less work and reporting this to the project manager

. Instructing and supervising employees and subcontractors

. Participate in various meetings and construction meetings

. Maintaining contact with the client regarding the planning of projects

. Perform administrative tasks

. Organising work in accordance with safety, quality and production requirements
