    As a Scaffolding & Insulation (S&I) Lead within the Biomass Engineering and Outage (E&O) unit, you are part of an international team that contributes to the reliable and permanent energy supply of our Biomass Power Plants across Europe. Our Biomass Assets are in the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK, so you may have the chance to travel and collaborate with international teams. Initially, this role focuses on our assets in the Netherlands.

    About the role

    • Deliver cost-effective scaffolding and insulation coordination services, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Establish contract management and coordination for projects and overhauls.
    • Oversee and endorse S&I estimates, ensuring quality service and value for money.
    • Stay updated with S&I technology and standards, developing skills in scaffold and insulation inspections.
    • Collaborate with to plan, schedule, and monitor progress on S&I activities.
    • Interface with S&I contractors to ensure correct task cost estimations.
    • Support scope development and constructability reviews to optimize service requirements.
    • Ensure scaffolding and insulation meet relevant legislation, standards, and RWE requirements.

    Job requirements and experience

    • Minimum ONC level.
    • Knowledge and experience of S&I systems in power stations or similar sectors.
    • Supervisory experience with S&I contractors in either a client or contractor role.
    • Detailed understanding of hot and cold insulation systems and related standards.
    • A continuous improvement mindset in S&I processes.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • High self-motivation, enthusiasm, and assertiveness.
    • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and willingness to travel.
