Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking an On-boarding Coordinator to play a key role in growing courier operations on the platform. Reporting to the Courier Operations Manager, this role requires strong interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and effective execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and will work closely with our Live Operations team to ensure a seamless and positive on-boarding experience for our couriers.

Description

• Courier Onboarding: Assist new couriers in creating and setting up their accounts, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free start as they begin working online.
• Communications: Keep couriers informed about important updates related to delivery operations, including joining bonuses, referral rewards, and other relevant information.

Courier Engagement: Lead key onboarding processes such as first-shift check-ins, courier account support, and calling campaigns.

• 1+ years of experience in sales or costumer service;
• Strong organisational and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment;
• Available for 40 hours per week; Mon-Fri.

• Salary: 2500 - 3000( gross based on 40 hours)
