    As People Business Partner for the Consumer domain (~80 colleagues), you'll be at the heart of our organization, working closely with teams across Commerce, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience . Your mission? To help managers build and develop high-contributing teams that are resilient, future-proof, and ready to navigate the fast-moving energy transition . Alongside our Junior Business Partner , who focuses on Customer Operational teams, you'll ensure that our Consumer teams have the right foundations in place to grow to winning teams, working smart, staying agile, and continuously growing.

    As part of the Consumer Management Team, you will translate strategy into people-focused initiatives and acting as a coach to leaders and teams . From daily operations to big-picture projects - you'll play a critical role in enabling people to do their best work and helping move closer to our mission, every day. You'll be reporting to our Head of People & Culture.

    What you'll do

    • Be a trusted advisor and sparring partner for managers on all People & Culture topics.

    • Represent People & Culture in and be part of the Consumer Management Team , helping shape the team's strategy and growth.

    • Understand business needs and deliver people solutions that support both short- and long-term goals.

    • Turn strategy into action - lead projects like redesigning our (secondary) benefits, enhancing performance management, or launching new engagement initiatives .

    • Drive team engagement, support leadership development, and manage structural workforce planning.

    What you bring

    • At least 5 years of work experience, including 3+ years in a People Business Partner role.

    • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

    • Strong understanding of Dutch labor legislation and its practical applications.

    • Professional Dutch language skills (written and spoken).

    • Ability to link HR strategies to business objectives and outcomes.

    • Strong judgment, with the confidence to advise and influence at all levels.

    • A challenger mindset - you ask "why not" and look for smarter ways to work.

    • Hands-on and pragmatic, while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

    What's in it for you

    • A nice salary of maximum €5.200,- gross per month, based on 40 hours and excluding holiday allowance
