Are you that passionate climber who lives for the perfect flow and sees a climbing route as art in motion? Neoliet Eindhoven North and South is looking for a Head Route Builder who not only challenges our climbers, but also inspires and motivates them.

What will you do?

As Head Route Builder, you are the architect of our walls. You:

• Builds routes that let climbers peak and enjoy themselves, regardless of their skill level.
• Works with our team of route builders to create the most enjoyable routes and strive for the highest level of excellence.
• Brings variety and innovation to routes inspired by the latest developments in climbing.
• Are involved in events and competitions, where your routes are the stage for action.
• Keep a finger on the pulse by climbing the hall yourself and taking direct feedback from climbers.

What we are looking for:

• You climb at least 7a onsight , but 7b or higher is a big plus!
• You have a creative vision of route building and, as a bonus, experience with bouldering.
• You have strong social skills, making you a fine colleague as well as an inspiring leader.
• You keep an overview, monitor schedules and bring structure to your work.
• You reflect critically on your own routes and are open to feedback from your team and our climbers.

• A cool job from 24 to 32 hours per week .
• An hourly wage that matches your skills and experience.

• The opportunity to help shape events and competitions and learn from them yourself.
• An option to combine your work with a role as a trainer or instructor. If you are open to this, you could even 40 hours per week work.
