This dynamic role involves managing sales across Germany and other German-speaking EU regions, ensuring customers receive the highest level of support and expertise.

Description

  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with distributors, dealers, and installation professionals across the German-speaking region.
  • Discover and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and diligent follow-ups on leads.
  • Offer expert advice on product selection, technical specifications, and application advantages to help customers choose the best solutions for their needs.
  • Negotiate pricing terms, prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure prompt and accurate order delivery.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to design and implement region-specific strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Track and evaluate sales performance, market developments, and competitor activities to optimize business approaches.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to enhance brand visibility and product knowledge.

Functie-eisen:

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive, or building materials sector.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, build strong client relationships, and handle objections effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and explain technical products and solutions.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and in multinational environments.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools.
