Your Role

As a Team Lead Data Analytics , you are responsible for generating, analyzing, and translating Business Intelligence data into valuable insights. These insights support the organization in making strategic and operational decisions and contribute to continuous process and performance optimization. In this role, you hold a key position and work closely with various teams and departments to further optimize the organization and promote a data-driven way of working.

You report directly to the Manager Analytics & Control and play a crucial role in providing information and reports for the management team (MT) . Additionally, you conduct complex data analyses and provide recommendations based on solid data-driven insights. Your contribution ensures that the organization operates more efficiently, effectively, and innovatively.

What Will You Do?

• Support the Manager Analytics & Control in collecting, analyzing, and presenting critical information for the management team (MT) ;
• Develop data models, analysis methods, and techniques to promote a data-driven approach within the organization;
• Advise management and executives on the impact of business cases and guide the implementation of process improvements;
• Conduct in-depth analyses aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and productivity within the organization;
• Prepare and execute scenario analyses and business cases to support strategic decisions;
• Act as a sparring partner for operational teams and management while maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders;
• Lead and coach the Data Analytics team , including guiding the professional development of team members and evaluating performance;
• Identify trends and innovations in data analysis and Business Intelligence and translate them into concrete improvements within the organization.

Who Are We Looking For?

• You hold a Master's degree (WO level) in technical business administration, econometrics, data science, computer science, or a related field;
• You have at least 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or Continuous Improvement (CI) ;
• Experience in complex and dynamic organizations is a plus ;
• Proven experience with data models, statistical analyses, BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik), and SQL ;
• A proactive team player with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities;
• Fluent in Dutch and English , both spoken and written (minimum B2 level );
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable insights and recommendations.
