Allround Assembly Employee

As an Allround Assembly Employee, you will work with your team to assemble high-quality (sub)systems for the aviation industry. In a clean and climate-controlled work environment, you will build new systems and be responsible for maintaining, disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and testing existing systems.
ACTIVITIES
You will work with high-performance materials, including magnesium, aluminum, and titanium, assembling (sub)systems that vary in size-ranging from the size of a shoe sole to 35 kilograms. To ensure efficiency and precision, you will have access to specialized tools, such as assembly poles and lifting aids. Unlike large-scale production environments, you will typically assemble one to two systems per day, with more complex (sub)systems taking approximately one full workday, while smaller (sub)systems require around 4.5 hours. However, some tasks may involve repetitive assembly work.
Additionally, your responsibilities include:
- Following work instructions to meet strict quality standards;
- Performing pressure tests, leak tests, and vibration tests.
- Conducting kitting, soldering, and various measurements, including CMM measurements.
WHAT WE OFFER
Excellent primary and secondary working conditions.
- Good salary depending on education and experience (€2,957 - €3,555), travel allowance (depending on distance travelled up to a maximum of 50 km), pension scheme via Pensioenfonds PME, 28 holidays and 12 ATV days.
Multiple bonus payments per year
- Each year you will receive a year-end bonus of 3% of your annual gross salary in November and a mid-year bonus of 4% of your annual gross salary in July. You will also receive a variable performance-related payment of up to 3%.
Day shift and flexible working
- You will work a 40-hour week and be able to manage your own working hours. You have the option of starting between 07:00 - 10:00 and depending on this you will work an 8 hour day.
Health insurance contribution

YOU BRING
- At least an MBO-3 diploma in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring top-quality assembly.
- A structured and organized approach to maintaining a neat and tidy workspace.
