• Working on all sorts of research topics, like customer satisfaction, product testing, loyalty research, brand & campaign tracking or social listening.
• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of all marketing and commercial KPIs and metrics continuously.
• Setting up and doing market research using online tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey or Google Forms).
• Analyzing data and making PowerPoint reports using various data sources.
• Developing and utilizing reports and dashboards to support colleagues with analysis to back-up their work.

• You are passionate about marketing, consumer behaviour , and research
• You are data-driven, you can organize, explore, and synthesize unstructured data into actionable insights to better inform operational decision-making
• You are strong with numbers. You understand how the present data so people can understand easily
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot, Lookups, match-index etc.)
• Interested to learn new tools for dashboarding (Looker or SAP Analytics Cloud)
• HBO/Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business economics , marketing, analytics, psychology, specialization in consumer behaviour or any other relevant study
• Fluent English language skills (knowledge of Dutch or German is a pre)
• Interest in Fashion & retail complete your profile
• You are able to work at least 32h/week on internship responsibilities, thesis is possible

• Work From Home (WFH) Policy: For 40-hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 2-3 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.
• Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
• Travel Allowance: Max. 11,50€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
• Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2025. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship . Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are on a Family/Pa rtner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
