Rotterdam | Full time | Starting September 2025

Are you looking for an internship and are you interested in developing digital experiences that go beyond entertainment? Games that help people learn, grow or change their behaviour? Then we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for

• You're curious, motivated and eager to learn.

• You can work independently and speak up when you need help.

• You have a clear motivation for doing your internship at &ranj.

• You have a portfolio with relevant work.

Who are you?

• You're enrolled in an HBO or WO programme.

• You're looking for an internship for 4 to 5 days a week for at least 4 months.

• You're interested in serious games and/or behavioural change.

• You speak and write both Dutch and English confidently.

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis:

• You'll work as part of a project team on client projects.
• You may support with research, testing or organising internal playtests.
• You'll have room to learn and grow-through mentorship and feedback.
• You'll be part of the team, and will have the opportunity to join in on all studio activities, such as learning days and other fun activities.

We work with a flexible toolkit: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, Miro and all MS Products. The outcome matters more than the tools though, so we tend to work with what the product calls for.
