Are you ready to take your passion for HR technology to new heights?
The role
As our HRIS Application Administrator, you'll provide technical support, act as a bridge between business and IT, and ensure our HR processes run smoothly. You will translate business requirements into MyHR process flows and functional designs, making data accessible to users, and much more.
Managing and optimizing MyHR will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, as you will monitor performance, resolve issues, manage user accounts and permissions, and handle data management. You will oversee technical designs in activated modules, manage security roles and permissions, and improve the CSOD portal. Maintaining documentation, working with vendors, conducting meetings, implementing updates, and finding solutions to reduce manual workload will be essential. You will assist MyHR users, support international HR changes, prepare training materials, and develop consultative relationships with HR Admins. Importing and combining data, visualizing it in Power BI and Excel, and ensuring user-friendliness for non-technical users will be key aspects of your role.

Skills & Requirements
You
You are a passionate HR technology professional who excels in optimizing processes and providing technical support. You bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring smooth HR operations. Collaborative and proactive, you work well with vendors, HR admins, and international teams. Your strong communication skills and innovative solutions empower non-technical users and drive success.
Further:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR or IT position.
- You have at least a higher professional education (HBO/Bachelor) level of work and thinking.
- Familiarity with Cornerstone OnDemand or other HR systems, strong data analytical skills, and knowledge of security best practices.
- You like working in an international working environment.
- You have proficiency in English and Dutch, spoken and written. An additional language is beneficial preferably (e.g. German, Spanish or French).
