Functieomschrijving:
This dynamic role involves managing sales across Germany and other German-speaking EU regions, ensuring customers receive the highest level of support and expertise. Description - Build and nurture strong partnerships with distributors, dealers, and installation professionals across the German-speaking region.
- Discover and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and diligent follow-ups on leads.
- Offer expert advice on product selection, technical specifications, and application advantages to help customers choose the best solutions for their needs.
- Negotiate pricing terms, prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure prompt and accurate order delivery.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to design and implement region-specific strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Track and evaluate sales performance, market developments, and competitor activities to optimize business approaches.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to enhance brand visibility and product knowledge.
Functie-eisen:
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive, or building materials sector.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, build strong client relationships, and handle objections effectively.
- Willingness to learn and explain technical products and solutions.
- Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and in multinational environments.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools.
