Care Security Officers to

Are you a security guard with a heart for healthcare? We are looking for care security officers to provide security for the care institution and contribute to a welcoming and caring environment for patients, clients, visitors and employees. As a care security officer, you play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and comfortable atmosphere within the care institution.

Besides your regular security work, you empathise well with your target group and assess situations well by responding to them correctly. You often foresee possible problems and potential escalations in advance and know how to prevent them by communicating appropriately.

Duties and responsibilities

• Monitor safety and security within the healthcare facility, both inside and outside.
• Oversee access control and manage visitor registrations.
• Alert response to undesirable situations, such as aggression, theft or other security incidents.
• Perform preventive rounds and check emergency exits and alarms.
• Identifying and reporting safety risks and areas for improvement

What do we need from you

• You must hold the security diploma (internal training possible)
• Some experience in security is a plus but not a requirement
• You live in the Utrecht or Amsterdam region
• You must hold a driving licence B
• You are customer-oriented, representative, service-oriented
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Stress-resistance, problem-solving and ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations
• A flexible attitude towards working hours, as work takes place outside regular office hours
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
