Are you a go-getter who solves IT problems quickly and efficiently? At KaFra Housing, we are looking for a System Administrator with a passion for both technology and people. You ensure that our IT infrastructure is reliable, secure and future-proof, while helping colleagues with smart solutions.

What will you be doing?

Troubleshooting and support

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-line support to colleagues.
• Analysing and solving technical problems at both hardware and software level.
• Advising on improvements and new IT solutions.

• Implement and maintain security measures.
• Ensuring data security, cyber security and backups.
• Optimising systems for better performance and usability.

Project support

• Support IT-related projects, such as the implementation of new tools or systems.
• Collaborate with external parties for IT services and solutions.

Management and maintenance of IT systems

• Monitoring IT infrastructure and resolving failures in a timely manner.
• Keeping systems and software up to date through updates and patches.

What will you bring?

• HBO working and thinking level.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in system administration.
• You are in possession of driving license B.
• Experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365).
• Knowledge of networks (firewalls, switches, routers) and virtualisation techniques
• Experience with IT security and backup solutions.
• Proactive work attitude, solution-oriented thinking and an eye for detail.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English and a service-oriented attitude.
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 (MCSA/MCSE), Cisco (CCNA) or similar are an advantage.
