    The role

    As the HR Manager at EPS, you will play a key role in supporting, coordinating, and implementing HR processes and procedures within the EPS Division. Acting as the primary point of contact for HR Managers in the regions, you will drive European HR projects and serve as a solid advisor on HR matters, helping the organization achieve its strategic HR objectives. If you are eager to contribute and build a high-quality HR service within an international environment, this challenge is for you!

    In this role, you will support and advise management on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the latest labor laws and standards. You will optimize workforce planning and performance, and work on the further development of HR processes within the EPS Division.

    As a sparring partner for regional HR Managers and the HR team at headquarters, you will proactively advise on HR policies and tools, coordinate and monitor the uniform application of the international HR framework, and lead European HR projects such as Learning & Development, Recruitment, Job Matrix, and Diversity & Inclusion.

    Skills & Requirements

    You

    You are a positive, pragmatic, and energetic self-starter. Your skills in supporting the execution of HR processes, such as performance management, bonus schemes, talent management, and succession planning, are exceptional. You excel in contributing to employer branding and the attraction and retention of talent through recruitment activities and collaboration with external agencies. Additionally, you have a talent for collecting and analyzing HR management information and taking appropriate actions to support the optimization of a positive work culture and HR policies. Your strong analytical skills and organizational sensitivity further enhance your ability to drive success in these areas.

    Further:

    • A completed higher professional education (hbo ) or university degree, preferably in HRM or a related field.
    • At least 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner or manager in an international matrix environment. This can be a great step for an HR Business Partner looking to move into an HR Manager role!
    • Preferably experience in the logistics (or similar) industry.
    • Experience with project-based work, working in a matrix, and knowledge of HR processes such as talent management, performance management, and employment conditions.
    • Affinity with HR systems and good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
    • Strong analytical skills and organizational sensitivity.
