About the job

As a work planner, you coordinate projects, playing a major role in the preliminary stages of the project. You ensure that work can start and your colleagues know what is expected of them on a daily basis. Because of you, projects can be carried out safely and to a high standard, while ensuring the most economically advantageous price.

Some of your duties include:

• You are the link between the project team, suppliers and the customer. You communicate the work and responsibilities.
• Customers can come to you with questions.
• You draw up the schedule, monitor the agreements in the contracts and coordinate any changes. You also signal deviations, risks and complaints in a timely manner.
• Facilitating coordination between design and implementation team.
• You elaborate working methods and come up with sound improvement proposals.
• You always have the records in order and ensure complete data files.
• Preparing technical specifications for procurement and ordering materials.

Your profile

• We are looking for a work planner who can work independently but also enjoys working together in a team to achieve a good result.
• You are also flexible, stress-resistant and service-oriented in your contact with customers.
• We further consider it important that you are willing to continue developing yourself through education and training.
