Driving through our logistic center on an electric cart, you and your diverse team of co-workers ensure that all kinds of plants are ready to be sent all over the world before the afternoon!

Jouw uitdaging

As orderpicker at our company's section of potted plants , you surround yourself with greenery . The sale of all kinds of plants starts early in the morning , we prepare these orders for shipment. Join our team of around 100 enthusiastic co- workers with a wide range of cultural backgrounds and ages ! Your tasks will include the following :

• Your shift starts at 06:30, after which you pick up an empty cart. This cart needs to be filled with one of our customers ' order;

• The receipts on the cart wil show you where to pick up the ordered plants ;

• Using your electric truck (no license required ), you drive to the specified location ;

• You move the ordered plant(s) onto your cart. Once full, this cart is ready for further shipment;

• Various other tasks ( such as preparing empty carts or taking away full ones ).

Jouw profiel

This position provides lots of physical activity : The potted plants need to be lifted onto various carts within our logistic center. We start working at 06:30 in the morning to make sure all of the plants can be on their way tot he buyers before noon . Prior education or experience is not required , we will teach you everything you need to know about the work ! Requirements for this position are:

• You're physically fit and have no trouble lifting potted plants ;

• You're able to reach our logistic center in Aalsmeer by 06:30AM;

• You're at least 1,65m (5'5" feet ) tall , so you can reach even the top shelves ;

• You're at least 18 years old ;

• You speak English at conversational level or higher ;

• You live in the Netherlands and have the necessary documentation that allows you to work here;

• You're able to deliver a VOG ( certificate of conduct ), we will compensate the costs .

Ons aanbod

• A flexible , part-time job in the mornings : the afternoon is yours !

• A flexible , on-call contract or a contract with a fixed number of hours per week (4-20 hours )

• An hourly wage of € 16.04 bruto

• A working day of 4,2 hours on average (5 workdays average 20 hours per week)

• Travel compensation of € 0,23 as well as a vacation bonus

• A plant to take home 5 times a year

After the video call, we may invite you for a tour of our logistic center as well as an interview with one of our logistic managers. Afterwards , we can offer you a contract on the spot and you're all set to start working at Royal FloraHolland!
