QHSE Coordinator

Functieomschrijving:

The ideal candidate will take the lead in managing facility tasks and procurement for our warehouse operations. This role involves ensuring the maintenance of complete and accurately stored documentation, as well as monitoring and reporting on QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) basics at the location.

Description

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee facility operations and maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage procurement processes for the warehouse, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, ensuring it is complete and correctly stored.
• Monitor and report on QHSE standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and safety at all times.

Functie-eisen:

• Effective oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch would be a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience with WMS/Logistics Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience within QHSE
• ISO 9001 knowledge
