    Service Coordinator/ Planner - Roermond

    In the Benelux, we operate with a team of over 100 enthusiastic professionals. Our focus is on sales, project support and service. We have already successfully completed more than 70 projects, ranging from simple zone-pick systems to fully automated goods-to-person installations. Some of our valued customers include Zalando, Kramp, Mediq, Stryker, Wehkamp, PVH, Skechers, ICI Paris, DSV, Kühne Nagel and many others. And the good news? This number will only increase in the coming years!

    The challenge.

    To expand our team in the Benelux, we are looking for a Service Coordinator/ Planner. In this role, you are responsible for organizing, planning and communicating maintenance activities. You will work closely together with a wide variety of (international) professionals, including colleagues, customers and subcontractors.

    Your main tasks are:

    • The efficient organization and planning of maintenance activities in the Benelux;
    • Maintaining and promoting good cooperation with the local maintenance team;
    • Establishing and maintaining good communication and relationships with customers and suppliers;
    • Processing work orders administratively in the appropriate systems in coordination with the Finance department;
    • Actively making improvement proposals to optimize the efficiency of processes and workflows;
    • Proactively giving further substance to this, for the Benelux, new role.

    You will report to the Service Manager Benelux.

    What do you bring.

    • A logistic-administrative background at HBO/MBO level;
    • 3 to 6 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably within an international working environment;
    • A good command of the Dutch and English languages (verbal and written), command of German and/or French (verbal) is an advantage;
    • A good command of automated IT systems, experience with SAP is an advantage;
    • You are independent, accurate, organised, proactive and solution-oriented, anticipate change easily and quickly, are used to working with deadlines and make contact easily;
