KNAPP (headquartered in Graz, Austria) has already realised more than 70 projects in the Benelux where automated (shuttle) storage and gtp order picking systems, robots and AMRs have been deployed. To expand our Field Service team, KNAPP Benelux is looking for a Field Service Technician, preferably living in North Brabant.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be engaged in the following tasks:

• Maintaining, repairing and overhauling various high-tech KNAPP installations (both mechanical and electrical);
• Troubleshooting, possibly in collaboration with KNAPP service desk;
• Making improvement proposals to improve our service;
• Working independently;
• Developing yourself.

• At least MBO 3 education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience in field sales;
• Flexibility; willingness to work nights and weekends when appropriate;
• Fluency in the Dutch language (verbal/written);
• Command of the English language (verbal/written);
• Eager to learn and proactive.
