    Group Business Controller

    We are looking for a Group Business Controller who will be responsible for overseeing cost control and cost allocation across various departments operating EU-wide. Do you have a few years of experience and ready for the next step? This could be your opportunity!

    At Enreach, an international company with over 1,000 people in 11 countries, we strive to efficiency in every aspect of our business. We are looking for a talented Business Controller to join our team and play a crucial role in the international Group Control team. While your main office is in Almere (NL) you will engage, online, with key stakeholders in all of our European offices.

    As a Group Business Controller you will be responsible for overseeing cost control and cost allocation across various departments within the organization. You will work closely with the "Product House" team, the core of our business which focusses on product development, as well as Group Marketing, Group HR and Group IT.

    Complexities are caused by the presence in different countries, multiple entities, legal predecessors and a diversity in processes and applications. Besides the regular tasks and responsibilities that come with the position, you will actively participate in developing and implementing a group-wide cost allocation structure; a major project!

    Your key responsibilities are:

    • Manage monthly reporting for assigned departments
    • Cost analysis, booking accruals etc.
    • Aid, and advocate, Group planning and control cycle
    • Support department heads and managers with any cost-related enquiries
    • Assist Senior Controllers and Group Finance Director in strategic analysis
    • Participate in, or lead, special projects

    This is a role in which you really will be able to add to your skills and experience at your own speed. Further responsibilities and projects are at an arm's length!

    WHO ARE YOU?

    We are looking for an ambitious individual, someone who has an independent and proactive work attitude. Someone who takes charge and stays in control. Of course, your analytical skills are great and will help you to oversee the complex environment. Having gained a few years of experience, you are ready to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic team and support the company's strategic financial objectives. Besides this you bring:

    • >2 years of relevant experience as business or cost controller
    • A university level education in a relevant field (HBO/WO)
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data
    • Avid interest in cost control, cost allocation and cost analysis
    • Experience with activity-based costing, audit and transfer pricing is a plus (for additional projects)
    • Advanced skills in Excel is a must-have while experience with tools like PowerBI, Lucanet, Exact etc. is a plus
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to actively support and advise managers on financial matters.
    • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
