What You'll Do

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience of our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) SaaS solution. You'll work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to create a product that is not only functional but also enjoyable to use.

Your Responsibilities:

• User Research - Conduct surveys and interviews to gain deep insights into user needs and experiences.
• Wireframes & Prototypes - Design interfaces using tools like Figma, with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Design Testing & Iteration - Validate your designs with user feedback and continuously optimise the UX.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure designs are both visually appealing and technically feasible.
• Interaction Design - Define how users navigate smoothly and efficiently through the application.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably within SaaS products.
• Experience in user research and translating insights into UX solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for wireframing and prototyping.
• Knowledge of design principles, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Experience working in Agile teams and understanding technical constraints and possibilities.
• Affinity with GRC solutions is a big plus!
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
