Do you have a hands-on mentality and do you thrive on leading an international team? Would you like to contribute to improving the living conditions of international employees? Then the role of Regional Coordinator at KaFra Housing is for you!

As a Regional Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational management of housing locations within your region. You will lead a team of 10-15 welfare officers and play a crucial role in the Service & Management team at KaFra Housing. This team consists of a Welfare Director, four regional coordinators (including yourself), and welfare officers from 20 locations. You will work closely with your fellow regional coordinators and have the opportunity to collaborate on your locations and challenges. There is plenty of space to learn from each other and achieve the best results together. KaFra Housing has the ambition to grow, which means there are plenty of opportunities to develop your team and yourself further!

What will you be doing?

Team Management

• Leading and guiding welfare officers within your region.
• Motivating your team to achieve goals and create a positive work atmosphere.

Relationship Management

• Maintaining relationships with residents, property partners, and other stakeholders.
• Acting as the first point of contact for escalations and ensuring quick solutions.
• Negotiating with external parties such as maintenance companies.

Quality and Customer Satisfaction

• Ensuring high-quality standards at housing locations.
• Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction and service processes.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Strategic Planning and Reporting

• Contributing to strategic plans.
• Reporting regional performance to the management.

Financial Management

• Managing regional budgets and financial performance.
• Optimizing costs and monitoring profitability.

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Some experience in leading teams and motivating employees.
• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to make strategic decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You are flexible and stress-resistant.
• Customer-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Full-time availability and a rotating point of contact for evening and weekend incidents.
