Will you be our new janitor?
Are you a real all-rounder with an eye for detail and a feel for maintenance? And would you like to contribute to the appearance and comfort of our hotels in Zierikzee and Renesse? Then this position is for you! You are responsible for all kinds of daily maintenance tasks, but without heavy physical effort. Your work will ensure that both guests and employees stay in a pleasant and well-maintained environment.
What will you do?
- Daily minor maintenance in and around the hotels.
- Painting and light chores, such as repairing furniture or touching up walls.
- Garden maintenance: looking after plants, keeping terraces tidy and minor garden work.
- Performing mandatory monthly inspections, such as fire alarm systems and legionella prevention.
- Spotting and reporting larger technical problems so that they are solved in a timely manner.
Who are you?
- You are a handy and independent worker with broad technical knowledge.
- You have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a clean and well-maintained environment.
- You are no longer capable of heavy physical labor, but still want to be active.
- You are in possession of a driving license B.
