The role: Sales Manager
You will be responsible for the complete commercial process concerning the international sales of turnkey greenhouse projects.You maintain natural contact with excisting customers, as well as actively look for new leads. You do this in your own market area, which is to be determined in consultation with you and the team. It is pivotal to be curious in order te define and understand client;s challenges in order to be successful in a changing environment, You keep up to date with the developments in the market and translate them into commercial opportunities.
In both the Sales team and the rest of the organization, you build up a strong collaboration in order to best serve the customer, both during and after the commercial process. Team work makes the deam wordk at Van der Hoeven!

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree
- Sales experience, preferably with high value products/projects
- Affinity with technology and/or agriculture
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Fluent in French and/or Arabic is an advantage
- Team player
- Patience and perseverance
- Good communication and social skills
- Flexible and enjoys travelling
- Sharp and enterprising
