To support our growing presence in Europe, we are looking for an Inventory Controller to join our team in Heerlen, the Netherlands.

What you do on a typical day

• Manage stock control functions and processes on our Heerlen site
• Oversee the management of stock within the Distribution centre and workshops to ensure the availability of goods at the Distribution centre
• Manage incidents and resolutions (delivery and delays at HUB)
• Manage stock movements analysis (returns, defects, etc.)
• Plan and coordinate internal and external inventory audits

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Proven experience in a similar role within a logistics environment
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent English, Dutch is an advantage
• Willingness and flexibility to work shifts
