Financial Controller (PT/FT)

In this role you not only ensure solid financial administration, but you also actively contribute to process improvements. The number of hours is negotiable.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Management and control of the financial administration (creditors, debtors, bank statements);
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting;
• General ledger management and control of interim accounts;
• Preparing and submitting VAT and ICP returns and CBS surveys;
• Processing payroll administration and checking pension statements;
• Supporting audits and the annual closing process;
• Management of the insurance portfolio;
• Management and control of export documents;
• Support HR department.

This is your profile:

• HBO work and/or thinking level;
• Work experience 2 - 5 years in a financial role (experience in payroll administration is a plus);
• Administrative and communication skills;
• You maintain an overview and work accurately and in a structured manner;
• You are proactive;
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems;
• Good command of Dutch and English.
