    We are looking for an experienced Program manager to lead and coordinate Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) projects within our Defence & Security business unit in Delft .

    In this role, you will drive the strategic direction of multiple projects that leverage space technologies and contribute to product development for Defence, Space, and Critical Infrastructure. Our team develops advanced PNT solutions, including satellite navigation signal quality monitoring, RF interference direction-finding, and antenna array technologies for RF interference mitigation. These technologies integrate both advanced software and high-performance hardware (electronics).

    As Program Manager, you will oversee and align multiple projects, ensuring that they collectively contribute to our long-term PNT product development roadmap. You will ensure that each project progresses in line with strategic goals, balancing priorities, resources, and timelines across the program. Overseeing the full project lifecycle-from planning and execution to delivery-you will drive coordination between engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers in a challenging environment, where space and defence applications demand robust, high-performance solutions.

    This position offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, shape next-generation PNT technologies, and drive innovation in a dynamic, high-tech environment. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical development and strategic business objectives, ensuring that innovations translate into meaningful real-world applications.

    Main responsibilities

    • Lead and align multiple projects, ensuring they contribute to the overall PNT product development roadmap and company objectives.
    • Engage with internal teams , customers, and external partners to define clear project objectives and ensure alignment with technical and business priorities.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive the development, integration, and validation of PNT technologies, spanning both s oftware and hardware .
    • Define and implement project plans , including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure successful execution.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, track progress, and drive timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

    Requirements

    • Master's degree preferably in a technical field , or equivalent experience in managing complex technical projects.
    • Experience in product development, guiding projects from concept to market-ready solutions in a high-tech environment.
    • Strong project management experience , leading multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes in a high-tech domain.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills , with the ability to navigate government, defence, and industry partnerships.
    • Affinity for working in the Defence sector, with the ability to obtain Dutch, NATO, or EU security clearances (required).
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Dutch is an advantage.
