About the role

As a Sales Associate, you are De Bijenkorf, and you always act in line with our five core values:

In your role as a Sales Associate, you will welcome visitors, answer questions, and advise customers on products. You'll take the time to inspire guests with the latest trends, provide product advice, and guide them through the sales process. Additionally, you'll inform guests about the Bijenkorf membership and highlight the current (exclusive) promotions.

Thanks to you, your department will always look clean and well-organized, allowing us to offer every visitor a unique shopping experience.

In accordance with our collective labor agreement (CAO), you can expect:

• A gross monthly salary of € 2,323.42 (based on 38 hours per week);
• Salary of €14,11 per hour from the age of 18;
• Additional pay or time off for working outside regular hours;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• An annual profit-sharing bonus of 2% to 6%;
• 20% staff discount on most purchases;
• 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment);
• Reimbursement for commuting expenses;
• Twice a year, a gift card to purchase representative work clothing;
• A vitality budget of up to €500 per year, which you can use for a gym membership or health courses;
