Carrier Manager Transport

Being responsible for the contact and coorporation with carriers for this international and fast growing company.

In this oppertunity you will be responsible for the relationships with carriers for a specific area in Europe. You will have contact for evaluation, negotiation and selection to extend and improve the carriers coorporation. This carrier manager works with 4 others colleagues as the Carrier Team. Your responsibilities will be:

• Manage the contact with carriers;
• Negotiation and create selection with new carriers;
• Implementating new carrier systems and coorporations;
• Leading project to improve cost, quality and service.

For this oppertunity you need a professional experience within the contact and negotiation with suppliers / carriers. What my client want to see back in your profile is:

• A Bachelor / Master degree in Supply Chain / Economics / Transport;
• Relevant experience in transport, carriers, suppliers, retailer etc.;
• Great communication skills / experience in negotation;
• Excellence written en verbal communication in English (German, Dutch and/or French is a preference).
