    The Opportunity

    Valtech is a global business transformation agency delivering innovation with a purpose. Our client base includes global brands like L'Oréal, MAC Cosmetics, Volvo Group, Audi, Wavin and Mars.

    We are seeking a highly motivated marketer to jour our European Marketing Team. You will be responsible for supporting paid advertising campaigns and digital across the Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Reporting to the Campaign Director and in close collaboration with our team you'll have lots of opportunities to learn and try new things in marketing.

    You are the bridge between the regional marketing team and the global content team. Based on the yearly marketing plans and objectives, your job is to come up with compelling ads that our audiences want to engage with. Driven by our values share, dare, care, we challenge ourselves to always experiment with new marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Propose ad ideas to increase ad engagement and conversion rates

    · Produce and optimize high-quality content by collaborating with design and writing teams.

    · Collaborate closely with our advertising specialist to get the most out of our advertising spend and optimize when needed

    Other Responsibilities

    · Propose A/B test plans and optimization tactics

    · Share learnings & recommendations with the content team

    · Keep best practices and ad specs up to date

    · Work alongside your team of marketing specialists who run paid campaigns, events, webinars, emails and content marketing, all in a supportive, learning environment.

    Requirements

    · HBO/WO diploma, ideally in marketing, journalism, or communication

    · 2+ years of experience in a similar role ideally in B2B digital marketing.

    · Knowledge of and interest in social media and advertising platforms

    · Strong creative copywriting skills and an eye for design

    · A curious mindset with an interest in tracking new industry trends, especially on AI.

    · Great planning skills. Experience with a CMP is a plus.

    · Fluent in English (doesn't need to be your mother tongue). French and German is a plus.

    · Experience with different AI tools for marketing purposes is a big plus. We're in the experimentation phase for adopting AI in our day-to-day marketing practices.

    A typical day in our team

    Today is Tuesday and you've decided to take the public transport to the office.

    You have a meeting with the campaign team this morning to discuss the performance of all the advertising campaigns. You're curious about the performance of the new campaign that went live last week. The performance of this new campaign is good, nice start! However, another one is behind on its target KPI. Together with the advertising specialist you analyze the ads to get some additional insights. Based on these insights, you propose a new idea to try out. You work inside the content management platform (CMP) to start the process for this optimization.

    When you're done, it's time for a lunch break and you join your colleagues for lunch. Before we get back to work, we make ourselves a delicious coffee using our barista coffee machine and have a chat while we look over the office's balcony and soak up the sun.

    There's a big event coming up in a couple of months for which you have come up with some creative new ad content to prepare. This afternoon you have a quick catch up with the event marketing manager and vertical marketing lead to track the progress. You share the first drafts of the ads created by the content team. They love them! The vertical marketing leads only has some suggestions for small copy changes. Great, after this feedback you can tell the content team to create the final assets.

    Is it 3 o'clock already? Time flies… You join the weekly meeting with the entire marketing team across the world and will hear from other teams what they've been busy with. From website to events, to upcoming content and press releases.

    After a short break - during which you may or may not have won another round of table tennis - you check up on your tasks inside our CMP. You then take some time to read about industry trends before heading home.
