Function
In this role, you will be the point of contact for our customers and provide excellent service. Your duties include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Processing orders and following up on deliveries.
- Coordinating customer requests and complaints.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
