What will you do?

As Production Planner and Logistics Manager, you are part of the management team. You are responsible for production planning and logistics processes at EN Motors. Your tasks:

• Create an optimal production schedule and monitor and adjust it where necessary.
• Respond quickly to customer needs, bottlenecks, or changes in the process.
• Work closely with sales, work preparation, engineering, production, and logistics team.
• Implement and set up the planning module in our ERP system.
• Monitor production progress and make timely adjustments in consultation with the production manager.

What do you bring?

• Experience as a planner, preferably in a production environment.
• Flexibility, accuracy, and an analytical mindset.
• Decisiveness and independence.
• Strong command of Dutch and English (both speaking and writing).
• Experience with an automated planning system (preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems and experience implementing a planning module (preferred).
• Affinity with technology.
