Tijhof Autotransportsystemen is looking for a driven team player! We are looking for an enthusiastic financial administrative employee who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and is available 24 to 32 hours a week.

Your profile:

• You have experience in financial administrative work.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written; knowledge of German and English is a plus.
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
• You have good communication skills, are reliable, honest, enterprising and meticulous.
• You can work independently as well as in a team.
• You have financial-analytical insight.

Education level and experience:

• MBO working and thinking level.
• Experience with the Snelstart and Ridder IQ software is an advantage.

What are you going to do?

As a financial administrative employee, you are the point of contact for our financial administration. You manage both the accounts receivable and accounts payable administration and check invoices and depreciation. In addition, you are responsible for cash management and processing payments. Sending payment reminders and notices is also part of your tasks. You ensure that all financial data is accurately recorded and archived. Finally, you process the wage changes, so that your colleagues receive the correct salary every month.
