    Your impact

    As a Loyalty Marketeer , you take the lead in shaping how strengthens customer loyalty and increases lifetime value . You'll develop and execute strategies that keep customers engaged, happy, and part of our mission - while also improving retention and commercial performance.

    You'll drive initiatives that go beyond standard loyalty programs , finding creative ways to add value to our customers' lives, like energy-saving tips, relevant services, and personalized campaigns. You'll also work closely with Channel Managers, Product teams, Brand/Customer Experience, and external partners to bring your ideas to life.

    You'll be part of our Commerce team and report directly to Cees Polak, our Manager Commerce.

    What you'll do

    • Implementation of our loyalty program: implement loyalty initiatives that increases customer lifetime and value.

    • Create & run campaigns: Design and manage multi-channel campaigns that engage customers and add meaningful value .

    • Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with Product, Brand, Channel Managers, and external partners to shape initiatives.

    • Test & improve : Continuously evaluate your campaigns and adjust to become more relevant and effective.

    • Own performance: Take accountability for KPIs like Customer Lifetime Value and retention.

    • Engage in loyalty projects : Be a driving force in strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and business value.

    • Inspire action: Turn our customers into brand ambassadors, making loyalty a win-win for them and .

    What you bring

    • 4+ years of working experience, with at least 2 years focused on loyalty marketing .

    • Proven ability to grow customer lifetime value and drive retention.

    • Experience working with subscription-based products/services , e.g. telecom, insurance or of course, energy.

    • Comfort with data and performance metrics; able to interpret and act on campaign results.

    • Experience setting up partnerships and collaborating with diverse teams.

    • A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution.

    • Curiosity and a data-informed approach to problem-solving.

    • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.

    • A collaborative, connecting personality that brings people together.

    • Passion for making an impact in a sustainable tech scale-up.
