Logistic Assistant (Full-Time)
In this support role, you will be an important link within our logistics team. The Logistic Assistant is part of the Logistics department and is responsible for all administrative tasks within the logistics process. You will support the team as needed with operational logistics tasks. You have an eye for detail and work in a structured manner. You ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly from A to Z.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks within the logistics department, such as entering product data and (verifying) booking goods in the ERP system
- Handle incoming goods: receiving, inspecting, and recording
- Manage outgoing goods: picking, packing, and shipping
- Support logistics operations as needed
- Perform reception duties and other facility tasks within the warehouse
Requirements
- Minimum MBO level of education and thinking (equivalent to vocational education)
- A VBG (Security Clearance) is required; a security investigation is part of the selection process
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Independence and an accurate, proactive work attitude
- Ability to handle stress and a positive mindset
- A team player with a keen eye for detail
