Are you ready to be a part of transformative changes in ABN AMRO's Credits Landscape? We're looking for passionate individuals who thrive on innovation and are eager to enhance their skills while revolutionizing end-to-end lending processes within Financing Solutions. As a member of our Credits Capability Grid department, you'll play a pivotal role in digitizing customer data and developing a central credit platform. Your mission will be to connect diverse stakeholders, translate business needs, and bridge the gap between end-users and our IT department.

Your job

In this dynamic role, you'll design and continuously improve digital lending processes, making a lasting impact on the future of credit facilities. As part of our Credits Facility Management team, you'll modernize technology to ensure data availability 24/7 and adapt administration to new requirements. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements from end-users and aligning with Business and IT stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Contracting, Risk, and Credit-related teams.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Align with stakeholders on processes and business needs.
• Analyze services, APIs, business processes, information flows, and system requirements to identify opportunities.
• Translate product roadmap features into actionable user stories, prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
• Create visuals and documentation to foster organizational learning.
• Support implementation, collaborate on test design, and facilitate user acceptance tests.

You'll work closely with colleagues from Origination, Business Implementation, Regulatory, and subject matter experts from Operations, Risk, and Product Management. Your profile

As a problem-solver, you excel in tackling complex challenges and structuring solutions. You take ownership, translating requirements into functionalities in partnership with our stakeholders and IT teams. You're a connector who bridges people and technology, and you thrive on creativity, stakeholder management, organization, and empathy towards end-users. A willingness to learn about our software and processes is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Strong analytical skills to identify solutions and present them convincingly.
• Experience in business analysis, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Affinity for technology, data structures, APIs, and querying.
• Knowledge of Credit Lifecycle processes and Credit Facility Management.
• Excellent communication skills; adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Self-starter with a critical eye and positive attitude.

• Competitive gross monthly salary (up to €7,880 based on experience) on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
