RECEPTIONIST

Are you the cheerful and friendly colleague we are looking for at our reception? You are the linchpin of the company, your workplace is the starting point where you receive our cardholder and show them the way through our Cash & Carry. In addition, you answer incoming telephone calls, mail and perform various administrative tasks.

WHAT DO WE ASK FOR:

✔ An enthusiastic, customer-friendly and representative colleague who has an affinity with our industry;

✔ Someone who feels at home in a dynamic work environment and is able to solve issues independently;

✔ You can plan and organize your work well and can switch quickly;

✔ It is no problem for you to work a weekend at least once every two weeks;

✔ In addition to Dutch, you are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French is a plus;

✔ You are familiar with MS Office.

You and your colleagues are responsible for a hospitable reception of our customers and relations and are therefore the calling card of our organization. You welcome our customers and show them the way within our company, you also answer incoming telephone and mail from customers and relations and you perform various administrative tasks.
