OMRON is now seeking for a highly motivated Operational Accounting Employee to join our team in our Accounting Operations Center in Den Bosch. A dedicated team supports four different Omron businesses consisting of more than 40 entities and branches in Europe, The Middle East, and Africa.

Summary Of Duties and Responsibilities

You are responsible to perform all the below within set timelines and in an accurate way:

  • Create payment batches from the ERP system
  • Check payment batches from the ERP system
  • Processing payments in Online banking system
  • Processing intercompany payments (incl. Gets & Netting)
  • Verification of ERP system and bank system outputs
  • Check Open AP report

Ensure accurate and complete quality of processing

Assistance with Month End/Year End closings (collaboration with OMCE Financial Control team)

Assist with audits

Archiving Activities

Assisting in Projects

Execute a number of secretarial tasks for the department

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Medium vocational degree (MBO-4) or equivalent professional experience
  • 1 - 2 years of experience within a financial environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts
  • English language proficiency
  • Strong excel skills
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Result / deadline oriented and accurate.
