About the position

What will you do?

As a Sales Office Employee, you will be the international point of contact for customers and distributors. You handle inquiries and orders in multiple languages and are responsible for customers in your assigned countries.

Your tasks include:

• Contribute to the realization of commercial objectives;
• Support the Sales department in the commercial process towards the customer;
• Create, elaborate and send offers/Sales Enquiries in Synergy;
• Create and manage accounts (customers/leads) in the CRM system;
• Accurate administrative processing of information;
• Timely checking of creditworthiness of customers;
• First point of contact for customer regarding ongoing business (order/quotes);
• Frequent contact with internal departments to discuss orders, questions and problems.

About you

What do you bring?

• You possess MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level;
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar international sales support role;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English and preferably a third foreign language;
• Skilled with computers; experience with Exact Synergy & Globe is a plus;
• Quality-oriented and meticulous, with an eye for procedures;
• Customer and service oriented with a proactive attitude;
• Responsible, organized and good at setting priorities;
• Team player who is stress resistant and accurate.
