Service Guide Rhodes or Cyprus

• Airport service.
• Focus on virtual assistance through channels like SMS, chat, and phone.
• Personal service in hotels, focusing with larger capacity hotels.
• Collaborate closely with our hotels, addressing and managing various situations and cases.
• Assist during group trips in destination, ensuring the delivery of all promised services and facilities.
• Flexible work schedules covering all hours of the day.

Service Responsible

• Take on the overall responsibility for daily operations and ensuring service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with guides and hotels to uphold strong cooperation within your designated area.
• Work with different administrative- and operational duties, customer service, and case handling on daily basis.
