Vacancy Floor Manager (Fulltime)

Are you a born leader with a passion for hospitality? Do you love leading a team, giving guests a great evening and keeping everything on track operationally? Then we are looking for you as Floor Manager at Barça Amsterdam.

What will you do?

• You are the point of contact on the floor and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You motivate and coach the team to provide top service.
• You ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience and are happy to come back.
• You think along about improvements in service and operations.
• You work closely with management to make Barça even more successful.

What do we offer?

• Salary: €3,000 gross per month
• Bonus scheme: Profit sharing & annual bonus
• One-off signing fee: €2,700 gross upon completion of calendar year
• 25 vacation days per year
• (Inter)national outings with the team
• Option for travel expenses or business parking permit

Who are you?

• You have experience in a management position within the hospitality industry.
• You have a big heart for hospitality.
• You are a real atmosphere maker and know how to motivate your team.
• You are hands-on and like a dynamic work environment.
• You have a positive attitude and an eye for detail.
• You are available 4 to 5 days a week (38 hours a week).
