What will you be doing?

Did you know that you can also develop your management skills working for us? As a Management Trainee, we will teach you to lead our enthusiastic team so that they can surprise our guests every day offering the best possible service.

As a Management Trainee at McDonald’s, you will learn to always keep an overview. Central to your position is of course the McDonald’s restaurant. You will learn all the ins and outs, know exactly how best to schedule your employees and how to keep the restaurant tidy. And the administration after your shift? You will of course have it all under control.

Develop your skills

We give you all the necessary space to develop yourself. As a Management Trainee, you will develop yourself through self-study and training to become a Floor Manager. Eventually, you can even grow into a Business Trainee, Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager!

Who are you?

We think it is important that everyone at McDonald’s can be themselves. As a Management Trainee, it is therefore important to be a constructive coach for your crew, but also to contribute with points of improvement. You can switch quickly, keep an overview, and dare to make decisions.

You like setting a good example and are able to look at the restaurant through the eyes of our guests. You have at least an MBO level 3 of knowledge and competence. Leadership experience in the Hospitality or Retail sector is a bonus, but we can also teach you those skills.
