Your Role

As the Senior Email Marketer, you'll spearhead our email marketing efforts using advanced AI-driven tools and automation systems. Your primary mission is to transform email marketing into a powerhouse for Barter's growth. 

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Strategic Email Infrastructure Management:
  Acquire and warm up email addresses and domains while ensuring optimal deliverability rates. You'll navigate spam filters with precision, guaranteeing top-tier email performance.
• Data-Driven Conversion Optimization:
  Dive deep into data analytics to identify winning strategies. Analyze conversion rates, audience behavior, and A/B test outcomes to implement improvements backed by actionable insights.
• Mastering Email Copy and Design:
  Craft compelling email sequences tailored to resonate with target audiences. Your approach will emphasize personalization and engagement through creative and persuasive messaging.
• AI-Powered Marketing Automation:
  Leverage cutting-edge AI platforms like Clay, Smartleads, and ChatGPT to create scalable, automated workflows that amplify reach and drive efficiency.
• Leadership and Team Building:
  As we grow, you'll build and mentor a high-performing email marketing team to scale operations and achieve strategic milestones.

What You Bring

We’re seeking a strategic thinker with operational excellence and a strong affinity for technology. You should have:

• 4–6 years of experience in email marketing, particularly in scaling campaigns.
• Expertise in AI-driven tools and email marketing platforms like Clay, Smartleads, and ChatGPT.
• Solid knowledge of domain management, server warming, and deliverability optimization.
• A sharp analytical mind, with proven experience in leveraging data to optimize conversions.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• The ambition to design and scale processes while building a results-driven team.
• Bonus: Experience with international email campaigns and familiarity with European markets.
